I have the honour to inform you that an

application has been received by the Government from the owners of Kowloon Marine Lot No. 49, for permission to extend their

property by means of reclamation in the manner shown in the

accompanying tracing.

2.

As Lot No. 49 is situated a little way

to the North of Marine Lot No. 35 recently acquired by the

Admiralty, I shall be glad to know whether the Admiralty have in

view any scheme of reclamation in connection with that lot.

If they have the alignment of both the proposed reclamations

will be now considered.
